COLLECTOR-CAR-CLASSIFIEDS - HELP & INSTRUCTIONS

1. Process Overview:
   
   
   • You, the prospective customer, go to the sign up page for the 12 month listing.
     
   • You choose the preferred option, click on it & you'll be taken to the appropriate form. Fill up this form including Uploading of Images & post the form. ALL OF IT GO into a temporary database & the Site Admin receives a notification.
     
   • Once that happens, you are then taken to the PayPal payment page. Make your payment & when the payment is processed, Administrator gets a confirmation from PayPal advising successful processing.
     
   • On receipt of this confirmation from PayPal - Website Administrator will release the Posted Classified Ad to main database within 24 hours.
     
   
   
   
2. Mandatory Fields:
   
   For the membership application to be successful, it is necessary, some basic information at least is submitted. Accordingly, the following 7 (Seven) fields have been marked as MANDATORY & identified by a (*) - Red Asterisk.
   
   
   • Category (Choose from a Drop Down List)
   • Price
   • Make
   • E Mail
   • State
   • Description (No HTML Allowed)
   • User Password (Minimum 6 Characters - required for Login)
   
   Recommendation: We strongly Recommend, that IF you have multiple accounts with us, use SAME E Mail & Password to consolidate Login.
   
   
3. Image Uploading - Important Information:
   
   
   • It is important that Large Size Image Uploading is prohibited. Therefore, the program restricts Maximum size of EACH Image to 75 KBs (This should allow approx 600 x 600 Pixel .jpg Images). However, we recommend, these be limited to 450 x 350 pixels, in consideration to page load time requirement.
   • For Best Visual Impact, it's strongly recommended that ALL IMAGES ARE MADE SAME SIZE.
   • Accordingly - Only 1 set of fields are provided for entering Original Height & Width. These are MANDATORY if any Image is being Uploaded. Thumb nails as well as Larger views are created using the original width & height data.
   • Only .gif & .jpg formats are allowed.
   • Although 4 Images are allowed per post, should you wish to post only, say 2 images, please ensure that you use the First 2 Image Upload field boxes in the form (Not, say 1 & 4, thus leaving 2 & 3 blank. Must go sequentially, starting with Image Upload field box 1)
   • Finally & Most importantly, Images can be uploaded only during FIRST POST/INITIAL SIGN UP. For security reasons, Images CAN NOT be Uploaded/Changed at Editing stage.
   
   
   
4. Payment Receipt Confirmation E Mail ID - For Your Protection:
   
   
   • On successful submission of the Data for evaluation, you'll be required make the payment through PayPal.
   • It is IMPORTANT to remember that your E Mail Address submitted to our Database is the SAME one that you use for making PayPal payment. This enables us to verify payment status - successful Or rejected.
   • In the event you use an E Mail address different from the one you entered in our Sign up form, you are requested to send an E Mail to us (using the E Mail account ID you entered in the Sign up form) advising that the one entered in PayPal account belongs to you.
